"I watch your Thunder Road TV show and keep thinking that if I could only see a miracle happen in front of my eyes it would change my walk with God and give me more faith. I was wondering how it has changed your life to see so many miracles and what miracle stands out the most to you?"
Thank you,

Answer:
Dear Frank,
Great question … I don’t think that seeing miracles has really changed or strengthened my faith, but what has affected me is seeing the hand of the Lord in action. It’s truly an awesome experience! Add to that the thought that He, in His mercy and grace, would actually use me to bring it to pass, has always been such a humbling experience.
No doubt, I love to see God’s power and deliverance! It is something that never gets old. To be honest, I don’t believe I would have ever seen the miracles God has used me to release if I hadn’t first seen them in my spirit and believed that it was possible.
The Bible says that nothing is impossible to those who believe. When you start to believe that God is a God who knows no limits and that He has hand-picked you to be His witness — your life will never be the same. I believe that as you begin to see yourself as God sees you, and start believing in the authority you have as His beloved, you will enter a new dimension of faith that will unlock His power in your life.
Faith is a fact, but faith is an act. The Bible says that without faith it is impossible to please God, and that faith without works is dead. What God is telling us is that if we don’t act on what we know or believe, then our faith is dead and without power.
I want to challenge you to act on what God’s Word teaches you in the scriptures and take time to study His Word, which will unlock the plans and purpose God has for you. When you begin to do that, and act upon what you know to be true, your walk with the Lord will be strengthened, and you will begin to see God use you by releasing his miracle-working power through you.
The most important thing is that you just exercise your faith and step out. The results are up to Him. Remember it’s not the work of a man, but it is the work of the Holy Spirit! Our part is to make ourselves available, believe, and act on what we believe. The results are in Gods hands — that’s His part.
The disciples asked Jesus, “What must we do that we may work the works of God,” and Jesus responded that the work of God was that they would believe in He who sent Him. I have no doubt that God desires to use you the same way as He uses me and even greater! Press in and step out.
If I had to pick one miracle that really stuck out to me, it would have to be the little girl in Peru. This little girl was paralyzed. At the end of the service, her mom brought her up to the platform and said that as I was preaching, her daughter began to regain feeling in her legs … yet she was still unable to walk. As I prayed for her and spoke to her legs in the name of Jesus to be strengthened, suddenly God healed her and she was able to walk across the stage. I think the reason why this miracle had such an impact on me is that I also have a little girl. To see the tears of joy on this little girl’s face as the Lord healed her body really touched me.
Every miracle is awesome. I believe that the greatest miracle is not the healing of a body, but the salvation and healing of a soul. It’s when we get focused on what God is mostly concerned about, which are souls, we will start to see His miracle- working power all around us.
It has been a blessing to see all the miracles on the road, like the blind seeing, the deaf hearing, all kinds of cancers healed, and even a woman who had her baby die in her womb be healed as she felt her baby start moving again as we prayed. We serve a great God! He loves to do miracles for His people.
Thanks for your question.
God Bless,
Ben
